  • Hi LBB'ers!

An old brand has returned on the Jumpman Gaming platform. OnlineBingo.com is under new ownership with a fresh new look upon relaunch. We put them to the test and uncovered some tidbits you should know. Read the follow👉 here.

    Test Details

    • LBB Tester: QuitYaMoaning
    • Registration date: Tuesday 18th January
    • Deposit Details: Tuesday 18th January, £150 via Visa Debit
    • KYC Verification: Uploaded utility bill, photo ID and a selfie plus image of bank card on 18th Photo ID and selfie approved on the 18th. Utility bill was rejected on the 19th and a new one submitted on this same day. The bank card was verified on the 20th. A day later on the 21st, the second utility bill was accepted and verified. This completed the KYC process.
    • Cashout Request: January 20th, withdrawal request of £78.50p was made via Visa Debit
    • Cashout Received: Withdrawal of £78.50p was subjected to a fee of £2.50p which was deducted instantly. The remaining balance of £76.00p was processed on Friday 21st January via Visa Debit.

Our tester was charged a £2.50 fee withdrawing from OnlineBingo.com, but that’s not the only inconvenience she experienced. What else happened? Watch and discover!

In this video, we bring you valuable insights into our tester’s interaction with OnlineBingo.com. Licensed by regulatory institutions of the United Kingdom and Alderney, this Jumpman Gaming-powered online bingo room offers not only bingo games, but all sorts of slots, jackpots, table games, and scratch cards. On top of that, it has a great selection of promotions, along with the opportunity to collect trophies and score valuable rewards.

Wanting to check how efficient this operator is in handling Visa Debit transactions, the tester registered, verified her identity, and deposited £150 on her account. After playing a couple of games, she decided to request a withdrawal of £78.50p and eventually received £76.00, due to the mandatory fee. Worth noting is that the processing of her request was delayed due to minor issues with some of the documents she submitted to satisfy the KYC.

What was wrong with the tester’s documents? Stay tuned for an insightful OnlineBingo.com video report to see how the investigation unfolded!

    Registration

Our tester’s journey began on January 18, 2022. To become a member, she was required to complete a 3-step form and supply some basic information about herself. However, upon entering all the details, she was told her information was incorrect.

She decided to try luck with another e-mail address, and it worked. She declined the valuable welcome offer to eliminate the wagering requirements and proceeded to the next step- identity verification.

    KYC Procedure

As she noted, players need to have an up-to-date smartphone or tablet to be able to complete the KYC process, which is not mentioned in the Terms. Unless a photographic ID is submitted, a player may have trouble having the withdrawal request processed.

The tester uploaded a utility bill, photo ID, and a selfie plus image of a bank card on January 18, 2022. Photo ID and selfie were approved on the same day, while the bank card was verified on January 20. Some issues appeared with utility bill approval, which, as it turned out, was due to them being older than required.

According to the Terms, utility bills need to be dated within the last 3 months, otherwise, they may be rejected, which is what happened with our tester. She initially uploaded one for September/October on January 18, 2022, and it was rejected a day later. However, the second utility bill dated for December, submitted on January 19, 2022, was accepted two days later, on January 21.

In some situations, notarized documents may be needed.

    Deposit

To fund the account, the tester had MasterCard Debit, Maestro, Paysafecard, Visa Debit, PayPal, and Pay by Mobile at her disposal. She selected Visa Debit and entered all card details.

Pre-set deposit amount options offered by the OnlineBingo.com included £10, £20, £50, £100, and £200. As she wanted to fund the account with £150, she made two separate transactions. On January 18, 2022, January, she made a deposit of £100 followed by £50. The later transaction required verification via her mobile banking app.

A player may add up to 3 payment cards to the account. The only currency available for all deposits and withdrawals is GBP. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is £10. If the operator applies a limit on deposits, the restriction is implemented across all Jumpman Gaming websites.

    Gameplay

Before being able to access the bingo rooms, players are required to select a chat name. As the tester later discovered, chat features are found in live casino games.
The selection of bingo games was small with 90-ball, 75-ball, and 30-ball rooms available, but not all of the rooms were open when the tester actually visited it. She checked out Snowball Blast and then ventured into Pragmatic Play’s Sweet Bonanza Candyland.

Following those games were Agent Jane Blonde Max Volume, Arctic Enchantress, and Big Circus, followed by Clover the Bingo, during which she was informed that the connection was slow. The speed test she conducted immediately upon receiving the notification proved otherwise.

    Withdrawal

On January 20, 2022, the tester made a request to withdraw £78.50p again via Visa Debit. Having typed in the desired amount, she was presented with a summary of her request which indicated she was going to be charged a £2.50p fee. On January 21, 2022, the £78.50p withdrawal was processed minus the said fee, so the tester received £76.00 via Visa Debit.

When it comes to available methods, the selection is similar to the ones offered for deposit- MasterCard Debit, Maestro, Paysafecard, Visa Debit, and PayPal.

A player has unrestricted right to withdraw the entire real money balance in a single transaction. As soon as documents are verified, requests are processed within 24 hours. The funds usually take 1-5 working days to be processed to a player’s bank account.

    Conclusion

Once requested, the withdrawal was paid the next day via Visa Debit but it took four days to complete the KYC verification due to the rejection of an outdated utility bill. Without this oversight by the tester, verification would've probably been finalized within 3 days.

According to the Terms, cashouts are not free but come with a £2.50p processing fee regardless of the selected banking method.

Also, new players may have trouble registering if their email address is linked to another site from the Jumpman Gaming network. That’s precisely why the tester entered a different one to be able to sign up.

We hope this extensive report brought you some valuable insights into the overall quality of services offered by OnlineBingo.com.

Stay tuned for more video reports and gamble responsibly!
