Overview

Foxy Bingo was established in 2005, so it’s quite an old bingo site, even if it doesn’t seem so from the modern interface. Though the site has renewed its look and feel over the years, it hasn’t come entirely without a cost. See, it’s not only the interface that has changed but the ownership of this bingo site too. And that is one of the core reasons why we have decided to blacklist it.

There’s nothing wrong with selling and buying brands and online bingo sites. It actually happens quite often. What is wrong, is a one-sided decision to negate on all previous agreements, rules, terms and conditions. Suffice to say Foxy Bingo has decided to ignore all of its previous partners. And if they do this for their partners, they won’t be having any problems doing it to players too. And remember, there’s always that clause of changing the terms and conditions as the site sees fit. Only, most sites never use this to cheat you out of your money. That’d be quite dishonest.

Integrity/Trustworthiness

The integrity and trustworthiness of a site are obviously measured in various ways. There are the licenses that guarantee that the games work as they are supposed to do, coming up with random results. These also usually make sure that your money is held separately, and that you have ways of resolving disputes with the company.

But then there is the other aspect, which has to do with the general behaviour of the company. Can they be held to their word, when it’s not tied into legal issues, or is every loophole used to benefit them? Our experience, and that of masses of other marketing partners for Foxy Bingo would suggest that the answer is a clear no. They will not go out of their way to help you, instead aiming to ensure their own profits in all cases. That’s not going to play out well in the long run, and certainly doesn’t instil confidence in anyone who is trying to cash out on bonus funds.

Player Complaints

We have seen reports of non-payment to players, though it seems that most players stopped frequenting the site when it changed hands in 2015. Being bought by a large conglomerate can often result in these sorts of situations, where short-term cash flow is emphasized at the cost of long-term reputation loss. A shame, since the site was one of the player favourites before this.

Conclusion

We sincerely hope that Foxy Bingo will one day reverse its bad manners and practices, but at the same time have to be realistic and conclude that it is not likely to happen. This same reasoning applies to most all bingo sites working in what was previously known as the Cashcade network. In short, steer clear, do not step into this site, play at your own risk (don’t play at all), and expect no resolution to any complaints if you do make the decision to enter this site.

There are literally hundreds of better bingo sites to try out instead.
