That is incorrect. You absolutely can withdraw as long as you meet the terms. I have contacted the rep for this site to make sure that customer service is aware of the rules for this particular bonus. I also asked that they check the status of your account to make sure you are eligible for cashout once you deposit.

I had a feeling that the customer service representative wasnt aware of the bonus.

Thank you for sorting things out, The bingo support was very helpful after you talked with them. I made my deposit and the withdrawal of $100 + the $25 deposit is getting processed this wednesday.  ;D

I got the money, the following thursday. They even payed out more than they were supposed to! :-D I got AUD $144 transferred (my deposit was AUD $25 and max cashout $100)
