I've been on it yesterday and ended up getting up to around 200 pound. Played through a hell of a lot and then played bingo and won a few games there. I'm just wondering on the withdrawal terms, because despite speaking to one of their live assistants, I'm still not too sure on it all. I've now got 120 in bonus and it says 24 pound in CASH. However, you have to deposit 20 pound before making a withdrawal. What I'm trying to find out is if I deposit, do I lose the entire bonus (including the 24 in cash)? Or will I be able to withdraw the cash part straight away upon depositing?

No - I've yet to try this one. 

As far as your withdrawal goes, here are the rules that I found:

Free Sign UP / Free Bonus Rules

   1. When we use the words "free bingo" it means that you do not need to deposit money with us to purchase a bingo card and still can participate in the game.

   2. Free Sign up Bonus is given to only one account per person/household. If found more than one account, any winnings from the offer will be deducted. All additional account(s) will be closed.

   3. Free sign up Bonus is given to check the website and get comfortable with the bingo & slot games.

   4. All complimentary & promotional bonuses are awarded to the players in appreciation towards loyalty & to enhance the play time. Any winnings from such bonuses are not applicable for withdrawals.

I also found the following:

Prior to Withdrawal Request, Player should have made a minimum deposit of £20.

On first withdrawal request, player has to provide a copy of Photo ID & Address proof documents to the accounts team. In case of suspicious accounts, further documents may be asked to verify the account details.

All bonus amounts are for wagering purposes only. Upon member's FIRST withdrawal, any winnings derived from signup bonus will be deducted before withdrawal is paid.

I hope this clarifies it.  Basically in a nutshell, you won't get anything from your winnings from the free chip.  Any winnings from the free chip will be deducted upon withdrawal.  If you decide to deposit I suggest you spend all your bonus chip winnings first.
