Registration
Our tester registered at MrQ in 2021 but never funded her account. When she attempted to log in and make a deposit on March 5, 2022, she received an error message.
She reached out customer support department via e-mail on the same day, March 5, to check what was the problem. As far as the response indicated, her account was closed due to 12 months of inactivity. After confirming her details, the tester had the account reactivated within 24 hours, so she was able to proceed.
To join this platform, players need to go through the 3-step procedure and provide some basic information about themselves.
Interestingly, the terms indicate that if a customer has not logged into the account or otherwise contacted the operator for thirty consecutive months, such account is deemed inactive and suspended for security reasons. Also, it says that a deposit won’t be possible until age verification is conducted.
Deposit
A day later, on March 6, 2022, the tester logged into her account and noticed 10 bonus spins waiting for her on King Kong Cash with no wagering requirements attached and no maximum win limit either.

Speaking of, KYC documents include official IDs such as a driving license, a passport and similar, a bank statement or a utility bill as well as the source of funds.
Just 24-hours later, on March 7, 2022, her withdrawal of £75.07p was processed and the funds were sent back to her debit card. Interestingly, the notification indicated that the money should arrive within 7 working days, but it was actually credited much earlier.
Funds can be withdrawn via debit cards or PayPay. The minimum amount is £10, while the maximum amounts to £1,000 /£3,000 /£5,000 per day/week/month respectively. According to the Terms, the operator charges no fees on withdrawals.
Conclusion
Despite having her account temporarily closed, the tester had no troubles reactivating it, making a deposit, and end eventually withdrawing her winnings. What’s even more, her cashout was processed rapidly, especially knowing that she requested it on Sunday.
