5. Players can check the status of their request every day after 12 PM (Midnight) EST.

6. 123 Love Guru Confirmed Appointment Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 9 AM (EST).

7. Players whose appointment request has been approved will receive an email confirmation or if required, may receive a call with the appointment confirmation details.

8. Players with confirmed appointment will have to be present 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. A button to start a chat session will appear. Player has to click on the Button to connect with 123 Love Guru.

9. Time allowed for each appointment is 30 minutes.
