DONT WANT TO REFUND UR CARDS ON GAMES WHEN THE SITE CRASHES AND GIVES U BS EXCUSES UNLESS UR HAVE SCREENSHOTS AND THREATEN TO DO SOMETHING AOBUT IT IF NOT CREDITED AND .. ITS FUNNY HOW ALL OF A SUDDEN A ROOM WITH A REGULAR PLAYER COUNT OF 20 TO 40 PLAYERS DURING CERTAIN TIMES OF THE DAY OR LESS.. NOW HAS LIKE 60 OR MORE PLAYERS WITH HIGH PRIZE GAMES AND U SEE ALL THESE SO CALLED NEW PLAYERS WIN THE MAJORITY OF THE GAMES .. OR U SEE A SELECTIVE FEW DOMINATE THE MAJORITY OF THE GAMES ON THE SITE.. HMMM.. FUNNY.. DONT U THINK.. MAYBE ITS TO ATTRACT MORE PLAYERS TO THE SITE.. AND GET REGUALR STUPID .. LOYAL PLAYERS LIKE MYSELF. LOL JK.. DO MAKE MORE DEPOSITS BUT STILL LOSE ... I WISH U ALL GOODLUCK BUT BEWARE WHAT UR SIGNING UP FOR.. HONESTLY.. my complaint is.. ever since the site changed the bbs capp rule on all  deposits within 10days.. there ahave been incorrect counts for myself personally and the excuse is.. there was a system error meanwhile im being shorted on bbs to claim to capp out the maximum amount allowed .. this happens all the time and the site doesnt want to credit the bbs most of the tiem and is cheating the players out of wats they are allowed to claim on their deposit.. they dont want to credited em cause they want us to deposit and they stil havent corrected this problem the last few months.. and theyre sending out false invitation emails to players who are on the participants list that are infact not. and take no responsibilty for it.. theyre business practices are shady and should be investigated...too many players are complaining and they are gettin away with this.. if they cant run a fair operated business on the web.. they shouldnt be allowed to operate..

You're not the first to complain about this site and unfortunately you probably won't be the last.  Sorry to hear you've had such a bad time.

We did have a rep on the forum but it looks as though that rep passed on the forum help to a different rep but unfortunately there has been nothing since 2012.  You can view the support thread HERE.
