Stars and Stripes bingo

I learned something today I didn't know. I guess from now on I need to find the fine print on my emails and make sure to read them. I got an email that I had 25 dollars in my account but it was only good for the one day, so I logged in to play. I was down to my last few dollars and I won a bingo . I now had 44.00 I could play slots with so I was excited, I like there slots. Long story short, I played a while and got it up to 60.00 thinking I would go back and play the next day. My balance was 0. When I contacted support they said they remove the bonus and any winnings left in 24 hours. This has never happened to me before so I was surprised. Anyway lesson learned if you win on a free bonus from them you better play your money out or they will take it within 24 hours.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!! Deb i have never heard of this happening. Its one thing to take the bonus money away but to take your winnings too? I'm so sorry to hear that this happened  :(

Yeah I was shocked. I really couldn't get angry since they did give me the chip, but I have won at Best Damn Bingo before and they have never done that to me. Oh well,I at least learned something from it. It also is not worth playing the free bonus if they are just gonna take it all away after 24 hours.

Also they won't remove any winnings and you can cash out if you had made a deposit in the last 30 days.

I knew I had made a withdrawal from BestDamnBingo also off of free money.  After they told me the 30 day rule, I checked my account and my last deposit had been within 30 days.
