Granny mugged for bingo winnings :(

A pensioner from Aberdeen, Scotland, was robbed of her £140 bingo winnings as she walked home! The 63-year old woman was kicked in the face by the robber who then snatched her handbag.

Here's what the lady told the Daily Record: “I was at the bingo and decided to walk home because it was such a nice night. I was going on to Portal Terrace when I heard someone running behind me. When I turned round, this guy started pulling my bag and said, ‘Give me it.’ I swore at him and said no but he kept pulling and pulling and we struggled. I landed on the grass verge. That’s when he kicked me in the face. When he kicked me a second time, the strap broke and he ran away. I screamed and screamed. A guy came down and helped me.”

Well ma'am, that's why you should play bingo online :)

All that for £140? I'd hate to see what he'd do if she hit the £200 mark.

Ya got that right Johnny the poor dear might have to resort to online bingo exclusively. She probably be to nervous to go out now. Not only does he have her cash but the thug has her address and keys to her house as well. So she may feel threatened inside her own home too.

I forgot to say that the police did catch the thug, he's in safe hands now and the bag was returned to the poor old lady.
