I need some help.. Bingo Flash 2000 dollars to cashout, need 100 to deposit...

Hi i know this is hard to meet, but i have at Bingo Flash 2000 dollars to cashout, ive deposited 100 usd to them, but they said they didnt recieve my money so i cant cashout the 2000 dollars i have, if anyone would want to help me to deposit 100 usd via neteller or skrill i will give this guy or miss 600 usd as a gift for helping me, from my cashout. Please also explain how i could send the money via neteller or skrill to another neteller or skrill account... i will need to deposit 100 usd only, you can send me the 100 usd to my neteller account or skrill account and i will deposit to Bingo Flash to being able to cashout the 2000 dollars, and like i said, i will give 600 usd cash to the person that helps me out. Im out of funds now and i cant deposit 100 usd so i need some help , its just 100 usd, and u can get them back and win 500 out of nothing, i can give my email, phone, address, ID, anything u need to prove i will pay you the 600 usd.

ok np, i was just asking since i cant deposit right now, i will pay the money i say if i get help, but anyways, im not a scammer. I will wait for funds if no one can help me so is ok.
