    The progressive jackpot was won at Cyber Bingo in the Free Roll room. Hdangel77p hit $16,300.00 on three $.35 cards! The chat room asked her if she had made a deposit. I'm guessing they didn't think she could withdraw the winnings unless she had. The chat host said she could withdraw as long as she made a deposit of $20, even after the win. Wow, talk about lucky. Wtg angel!
