I am feeling very frustrated about bingo right at the moment.  I am taking a break from slots and decided to give bingo a try.  Saw the bingo promo on this site about Bingo hall and decided to try them out.  BAD EXPERIENCE!  Took up bonus that was offered and found out you can not play most slot games and if you win bingo, you don't really win playing with the free bonus. I guess I just don't understand.  On two occasions, my board was read and I had BINGO!.  But NO!  So I made a deposit and won a game, I thought.  My board was all lite up RED, BINGO!, I am waiting for something to happen, nothing.  Several calls later, someone else won.  I don't get it.  I went to live chat to find out what was I doing wrong.  After being transferred to four different chat persons where no one answered or no one was home!  After 30 minutes, I gave up.  Frustrated, I decided to go play slots.  Went Into a game and selected the Minimun slot amount for 1 cent for 30 lines times 2 thinking I'm playing for 60 cents, push spin and the sucker was for$6.00 a spin!  So this has been my experience to date with BINGO HALL!  My first and last.....back to Inetbet and slots.  Thanks for letting me  vent!

I believe you are required to press the "Bingo" button to claim your win at Bingo Hall. I personally don't like this because most sites do not require the player to do this.

As far as the $65 bonus, you should be able to play various games and cashout a maximum of $100. If this is not the case for you please PM me some more information including your user name so I can check it out.
