Message from cata1970 at Thu Aug 02 23:14:46 EDT 2012 I am a depositor. But haven't deposited in over 30 days. My account is at $100.00, because I won a free game, then a regular game. I was told that it was all for nothing. Because I haven't deposited in the past 30 days. I don't think it's fair to the players who support you. If a player doesn't qualify to withdraw, then they should not be able to play. It's not fair to them or the one's who do qualify to with draw. If a player who doesn't qualify to withdraw wins, like in my case. not only am I disappointed to find out I can't withdraw. But it also takes money away from those who do qualify. not just the free game I won, but the real regular game money. That they deposited real cash to win and bought cards with there real money to win and it's all for nothing because someone who doesn't qualify to withdraw, won it. that's just not right. And yes i did read the F.A.Q. page and it said nothing about this. so no one knows till there denied. unless, they have nothing else better to do then read threw all the rules and regulations. which I doubt even 20% have. To be legally fair to those player who do qualify to withdraw. some changes should be made. Message from support at Thu Aug 02 23:41:59 EDT 2012 [WORKING][COMMENT]Hello Catarino, Thank you for contacting us. Please refer directly at your earliest convenience to our accounting department by sending an email to accounting@bingosky.com. Let them know you wish to withdraw those winnings and if they allowed this under what circunstancies. Best of luck! Regards, Julian BingoSKY Support Message from support at Thu Aug 02 23:42:02 EDT 2012 [CLOSED][ASSIGN][COMMENT]. Message from cata1970 at Fri Aug 03 00:10:45 EDT 2012 That doesn't answer my question. What about the people who do qualify to withdraw. payed real money to win and didn't because a person who does not qualify to with draw, won. The money goes basically back to you. There was no real winner for that game. Even though most people bought cards with real money they deposited with. When a non qualifying to withdraw person wins a game every one looses but you. go figure. It's not right or fair. please pass this on to the head honchos. Ether you make it to where anyone who plays the game and wins can withdraw or only let people who can withdraw play.

[WORKING][COMMENT]Hello, Thanks for contact us, As you can check our rules, it states that to ask for a withdrawal, player needs to deposit at least once within 30 days before a payout is requested, https://secure.bingosky.com/info/claiming-cash-prizes.html. Everytime a player wins, system credits automatically the winning in his or her account in cash automatically, but it depends on player, if keep on playing or ask for a cashout, and, as we said before, the only way system does not letting him or her ask for it, is that player did not deposit prior she wants to ask for it as our rule states Regards, Joel Support Team

OMG. your still not getting the point. people are loosing money here. when they make a deposit, buy cards for a game and a person who has not deposited in the last 30 days wins the game. no one gets any money. the person(s) who payed to play and the non qualifying to with draw person who won, all loose. no one got any money. for that game. the uncashoutable win goes back to you. no won gets money. it's not fair for the depositing people who can cash out, to have the win go to a non qualifying to with draw person. Ok, answer this question for your self. The prize money for a game comes from where? (people who have deposited and are paying there hard earned money at the chance of winning the prize $) OK, now answer this question. If a person that can't cash out wins, where does the prize money go? (No where, or in reality back to you) One more question. do you think people will pay to play a game where no one wins but the house? (nope) . please pass this query to the head people. if i don't get a proper responce to my query, this conversation will be all over the forums. people should know and relies this. ty cata1970

  • Hi sharonlea,

We have a rep from Bingo Sky on board so I sent your post to him. It's a shame that you had a bad experience with them. Hopefully he can shed some light on this for you.

    Good luck to you

  • I have seen the 30 day limit in the rules.  It's actually very generous compared to some sites.  And while you can't cash out, you can earn points for the cash draws, and bbs, for what it's worth.  Sorry for the bad vibes and I hope they give you some encouraging news.

  • So sorry for all the misunderstanding and frustration. It would be nice to have a sort of pop up message entering a game explaining limits on cashing out about the 30 day rule.  A short warning message that says must have made a deposit in 30 days for this game or  something like that. Or a short banner across the top or bottom of game page. I do love me some points and bbz and at least getting that i would play.

  • Cyber Bingo has been around for a very long time which is quite a feat to accomplish in the bingo world. I completely understand your frustration and there really needs to be a better program that detects if a player qualifies.

The only thing i can say on this groups behalf is they are lenient with the 30 day policy. So many  bingo sites require a deposit in the last 7 days to qualify for promotional offers.

Your thread has helped players tremendously for those who may not know this rule and thanks for sharing it  :)
