RESOLVED - 123BINGO

HI everybody, hope your all winning, As for myself I won some money at 123bingo but evidently my documents keep getting lost in cyberspace or hijacked or I'm just a complete tool because I have sent in my documents (seven different times and three of those I used the upload tool on 123bingos own website) and they still haven't received them!!!! So yesterday I sent my documents in to another casino to make a withdrawal and also because I wanted to see if I am doing something wrong. That casino received my documents the first time. I have sent my documents to three different address' I have been given. and even attached them to an email I received from 123BINGO that supposedly contained a ticket number for me to use any time I correspond with said casino. They denied even receiving the documents on that email. Please can somebody tell me what I can do? I have been sending in documents since August 5th. This is getting old, please?

I love the site and the chat room mods are the bomb. I understand the urge to share the cash out speed with us ..I like that you are putting it out there so others can keep it in the back of their head and be cautious. I will post my results as I am only 2 days old on there ... VGL in all and fingers crossed!

Thank you Zuga, an amazing thing happened! I received  an email today thanking me for sending in my documents. What was upsetting me about this situation is they kept telling me they were not receiving my documents but I have at least five confirmation emails with ticket code numbers in my inbox that I received every time I emailed my documents. That does not include the three plus times i uploaded my documents through their website. I f they aren't getting them, where is my personal information ending up ? Copies of credit cards, I.d. , etc.I would think that these casinos have more money than they know what to do with, so why are they stalling on paying  measly $1000 wins?  Obviously somebody pays attention to this forum because every time I post a complaint it gets resolved quick. Well I made it over the document hurdle, we will see what happens / When you have to fight to get your winnings, It sure takes a lot of the fun out of online gambling. BY the time I receive my money I am usually drained from all the hoops I had to jump through to get it!! 8p
