Stay AWAY From this Bingo Site- BINGO HALL

      First, I would like to just say this is not a biased story of what has recently happened.  I have been a very loyal customer at bingohall.com for a few months and they have become my favorite bingo site until a recent incident that occurred on none other than Christmas eve.  Tonight I was playing bingo and a few members started to gang up and harass me because I stated that I am getting low on funds.  I continued to ignore them and just try to enjoy myself.  Well things escalated when I ignored them and they started slandering my name and taking personal shots at me.  I could not believe the things these people were calling me and making completely false accusations about my identity.  This includes but is not limited to claiming that I SCAM members on the site.  If you are unfamiliar with bingo hall they have a great option of giving gifts to friends.  Well, these members claimed that they gave me a gift and that I never re-payed them.  The funny thing is, is that I not only repay those who gift me but I always give a $5 bonus as a thank you gift.  Now the story is just beginning.  After I decided these people were not worth my time I simply said merry Christmas everyone and left the room.  Well, I decided that I would play one more game later on and I go back in the room.  To my surprise I HAD BEEN BLOCKED OUT OF CHAT!  I contacted live support who was NO HELP at all and simply asked them why I had been blocked.  They WOULD NOT give me an answer.  So I proceeded on and finally they CLAIMED I was suggested someone give me a gift.  I immediately asked to see a record of the chat log or atleast the sentence where I had asked members for a gift and they told me sorry but we do not have that on record.  What a crock of .........  Finally I got in contact with a senior customer service rep and all he told me was that the people who claimed I scammed people were treated equally in the punishment.  I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in not only the members of the site but the customer service representatives who did absolutely nothing to help the situation out.  I am not one to get my feelings hurt but tonight I actually got my feelings hurt by the things members were saying about me.  If there is one site I would tell you to STEER CLEAR OF IT IS BINGO HALL.  Bingo Hall is very unprofessional and has some very clickish members who think they can run the site.  I will not be depositing another dime in this UNPROFESSIONAL BINGO ESTABLISHMENT and I recommend that you do not either! One more thing, I know some of yall are members of bingo hall and I would like to say not all members of bingo hall are like this.  However, I have had MULTIPLE accounts of verbal harassment on the site and nothing has ever been done about it.

Hey hun,

    First of all I want to say that I am so sorry this happened to you, especially on Christmas Eve.  :(

    Being new to bingo, (which I know you are) you don't have all the "friends" that long time players have.  Unfortunately they decided to gang up on you and that isn't cool.  The fact that they are probably more experienced players they new exactly how to get your chat abilities taken away.  You should be able to get them back, I have never heard of a site taking you chat away for more than 24 hrs.  If you want to.  Again hun, I am so sorry.

    For future reference, you can always ignore the chat of a specific person at most sites.  You right click on their name and usually that does it.  I have done that on numerous occasions for various reasons.  Also, if you feel someone is verbally attacking you, go immediately to LIVE HELP (if it is available) and let the Rep know.  If not, do a "screen shot" of what happened and email it to them.  If you need to know how to do a screen shot, click HERE

    Again hun, I am so sorry this happened to you.  Next time you want to go play somewhere, just PM me and I will be your bodyguard!! hehe

Thanks shelli for reading that long depressing story.  I have emailed the main customer support representative about how dissapointed I am in the site and will post what their response is.  I appreciate your support hunny!

I'm so sorry to hear that happened to you hun.  That was not necessary at all.  So much for the Christmas spirit eh!!! Keep us posted as to what happens.  I'm really curious to know.

Omg I am still on my phone but received a responce from bingo hall representatives and it was anything but profesional. I am now furious at this site and will never deposit again and reccomend the same to everyone else. When I get access to a computer I will go into more detail about the email.

Whoa I forgot about following up on this post...Well BINGO HALL is officially a @#$@#$@.....The email they sent me basically called me a liar and then they copied and pasted the ENTIRE set of chat rules.....Oh and by the way they still could not point out where I actually broke the rules!  I'd copy and paste the email but I am sure yall don't want to read a bunch of rules that are directly found on the site.....What a crock....

Oh, then to top this my last few transactions with them have been with quicktender/usemywallet and they wouldn't even refund me the $10 in service charges that I had spent to make a deposit...Not even in BBS!!! On the otherhand I talked to 123bingo and they gave me a total of $50 CASH not Bbs to play with for my quicktender charges.....If you want to play bingo STICK WITH 123BINGO, so far nothing but great experiences with them...
