QUICKEST EVER PIZZA
1 ciabatta , halved lengthways
6 tbsp tomato & basil sauce, good quality from a jar
125g mozzarella , torn
50g chorizo , roughly chopped (you need the cooked kind)
1 tsp dried oregano
olive oil
1.Heat the grill. Put the ciabatta on a baking tray and spread with the tomato and basil sauce. Scatter with the mozzarella, chorizo and oregano and drizzle with oil.
2.Grill for 3-4 minutes or until browned and bubbling.
3. ENJOY! (preferably with a glass of red ;o) and relax, with a bit of Bingo!
