Winner Bingo login problems

Is anyone else having problems playing winner bingo?

I haven't been able to play / login for about 2 weeks now......

Apparently they did a system upgrade or something.....but I still can't get in!!! :(

And I must say the customer service is awful.....there is no chat avail and they take DAYS to answer my emails.....

Please tell me I'm not the only one experiencing this frustration??

everything is fine on my side. I've checked their games and all is fine.

I can not log in too is about five weeks ago. Only i can log in sport and casino section.

My email for Winner bingo answer  and send new password but i cant log in again. i was send new mail for the Support but no answer 2 weeks ago :(

It's very frustrating isn't it..... I did  receive an email from them today saying that it should be ok from 1 oct.....lets see.....

yes i also have a problem with winner they have my funds but since the migration i cant get in my account and thats now 6/7 weeks i ask them to make new account a put in my funds simple but they are ignoring this suggestion and am fobbed of what shall we do i think they have lost some records

Same problem here. I am interested on their free bingo :D Anyone knows what time and when is it? But i dont know whats with this bingo, i played with it before, i didnt change brwoser or oprating system, so something must be wrong on their side. Anyway there is no answer yet from them..  :-pp

this is the only bingo site from which i stay away as i remember how they stole 900eur after checking of all documents (even they sked photo where u hold ur passport) and 3 bills..but they didnt paid...and later asked notariuzed id which in my country by law isnt allowed..

all i suggest -stay away!

I too have been having the same issues with log in & also received an email that on Oct/1st  I will have access to my account. But I must add that since this site has opened I have been a member, and there has been on going issues.  :o

Apparently because they added more restricted countries to the list, players from those jurisdictions cannot login and access their accounts anymore.

It is now an UK only site. So if you are indeed based in UK Stephen Clax Mclachlan, you should still be able to login to your account.
