The $50 winnings from the No Deposit Bonus are carried forward with your deposit but may not be withdrawn until you make a deposit and have at least $100 to withdraw. You can accomplish this by depositing $50 instead of $20. $50 dep +  $50 winnings = $100 minimum. Withdraw as soon as docs are approved. There is no requirement to play your deposit.

Also, avoid accepting the Deposit Bonus otherwise you will be required to make play through on that.

Right, the fee. It is steep and really allows ya only $25 in winnings. You might as well be $25 richer unless you opt to take the deposit bonus and try your luck there. Decisions, decisions.  :)
