i registered my credit card and initially got the bonus in my account but then when i logged back on to play they locked it i went to live help and they said no US,which they did not say anything when i signed up but they said it was in the Tand C's(which i did not read) lol my fault but i hope i save someone else the trouble!

Yeah...I registered a credit card there & my $20 was credited 2 my account, but could not play it. So I contacted them by email 2 ask y I could not play & the reply I got was that US is not eligible 2 recieve this bonus & we have now closed your account.

HOW CRAPPY!!! I did not use any false information when I filled out the registration form so I don't understand y they allowed me to open an account with them, then also let me register my credit card knowing I was from the US. That was very disappointing. I do not advise that any1 play at this faulty bingo site!!!

That kinda sucks.  They knew u were from the US when you registered.  Sorry Kitty.

Stay away from them. Same thing here. Nothing in terms anywhere about my country being banned or not allowed to play, they did put US and Canada though into terms as not allowed in the meantime. Registration went fine country is in the list and even credit card registration is done without any hustle. My bonus was credited instantly. Then I opened bingo room and bought 5 tickets in one and 5 more in second bingo room. All of the sudden everything froze and I had to log in again. BUT, I am getting error saying "Verification error - invalid user" so I went on to live support to see what is going on and the answer was that players from my country are not allowed to play on their site and support representative close chat conversation in LIGHT SPEED after she gave me that answer, something like Phil Helmuth calling allin when he has nuts.

Two things, made copies of their pages on site with no restrictions imposed and also requested transcripts. Next thing is to send those to LGA, Malta gaming authority, because those rip offs are really licensed by them, or they stolen the name too from some other legal establishment.

My advice, dont put one, put two warning signs on this thread.
