Lots of casinos talk about responsible gambling and the importance of staying within the limits, but how many of them actually apply any measures?

Daily Record Bingo, a bingo room operated by Jumpman Gaming certainly is quite a bright example, at least if things are to be judged by our tester example. Before having her withdrawal request processed, our tester needed to provide proof that she was gambling within her limits.

Curious to hear more details about the investigation? Stay tuned for the full video report on Daily Record Bingo!

    Registration

Registering twice with the same operator is strictly prohibited but sometimes, repeating the sign-up process is inevitable. Something like that happened to our tester with Daily Record Bingo.

Just to make it clear, it wasn’t misconduct, but an unexpected and explicable error that caused it. What exactly happened?

She attempted to register on February 6, 2024, but according to the notification that popped up on the screen, the details she entered were incorrect. Making the confusion even bigger were the e-mails from the support department which arrived subsequently.

The next day, she was informed that her account was verified, but a day after that, on February 8, 2024, she was informed that the account with the details she provided could not be found.

A couple of days later, on February 10, 2024, she re-attempted to register using a different e-mail address, and this time, no problems emerged.

    Deposit

Having officially joined this Jumpman Gaming-operated website the tester decided to fund the account. On February 10, 2024, she made two transactions, one amounting to £100, and the other £50.

She did so because the available options in the cashier didn’t match the sum of £150 she intended to deposit.

When it comes to the methods players can use to fund the account, the list includes VISA, MasterCard, Neteller, Skrill, Skrill 1-Tap, Paysafecard, PayPal, and Pay by Mobile. The only currency available for all deposits and withdrawals is GBP, whereas the minimum amount to replenish the account is £10. A consumer may add up to 3 payment cards to their account.

    Gameplay

Following the hassle-free deposit, the tester accessed the well-equipped portfolio to explore some games. A thing worth noting is that before access to the bingo room is granted, a player needs to select a username, but different from the one typed in during registration.

Her first choice was Diamond Dazzle, followed by Sugar Train Jackpot. After this, she was curious to check out some slot games, namely Wild Gambler, Amazon Wild, and American Gold Fever. She also played Gallo Gold Bruno’s Megaways, Wild Outlaws, Spartacus, and Rainbow Riches Piles of Cash.

Following these, she launched Atlantis Megaways, Galactic Invaders, Hyper Gold, Hyperstrike, Epic Ape, Blue Wizard, and Queen of the Pyramids: Mega Cash Collect. She also had fun exploring Big Shots, where she landed a win of £159 during the FS feature.

    KYC & Withdrawal

KYC and ID verification are the procedures players are not quite thrilled with but they are done for security and protection purposes. According to Daily Record Bingo’s Terms and Conditions, ID validation is required to have the withdrawal request processed. In some situations, even notarized documents may be demanded.

Our tester opted to upload her photo ID first by scanning the QR code with her smartphone via the “upload documents” tab. It took 7 attempts until the system recognized the image of the driver’s license she intended to submit.

As soon as this document was approved, she went on to add the utility bill dated within the last three months and proof of payment type ownership. Having provided all that, she made a request to cash out £325.41p via Visa Debit.

Shortly after, her documents were approved, but at the same time, all games were disabled. The tester was notified to check the e-mail, which had to do with safer gambling practices.

As far as the agent from the responsible gambling department noted in the e-mail sent on February 12, 2024, the tester’s proof of address indicated that she may be financially vulnerable or at risk of gambling-related harm.

Her bank statement displayed that she played bingo once a week, so the operator wanted to ensure that she was gambling within her means. A proactive deposit limit was applied to her account instantly.

After our tester proved that her actions were not outside the responsible gambling limits, another 24 hours had passed before her Daily Record Bingo account was unlocked on February 13, 2024. A couple of hours later, she received a withdrawal of £322.91p, with a mandatory fee of £2.50p applied to the transaction.

Once the pending period expires, withdrawals should take 1-5 working days to be processed to a player’s bank account.

    Conclusion

An inconvenience happened during registration, which resulted in our tester having to go through the process twice. Also, she needed to make a couple of images of her documents before the system could accept them, but eventually, her account was verified, resulting in a successful withdrawal.

One of the biggest highlights of the test was the actions taken on behalf of the casino’s responsible gambling team. It serves to demonstrate that the customer support agent’s comment that “player protection is super important” is not just mere words. An impressive range of helpful tools such as deposit limits, reality checks, cool-off, and self-exclusion available on the site confirms so as well.

We hope this insightful video report on Daily Record Bingo helped you evaluate whether this bingo room is the right place for you! Gamble responsibly!
