Registration
Usually being one of those least hassle-free steps registration process at Yay Bingo was completed quickly. Aside from basic bits of info the tester was supposed to fill in, she also needed to provide an occupation.
Deposit
Officially welcomed to the platform the tester went on to replenish her account. Unlike during the previous test, the tester was interested in claiming a welcome offer upon making the deposit. As often happens, it was one of those perfect examples of Murphy’s Law, which shall be explained a bit later.
On February 7, 2024, the tester deposited £150 via Visa Debit and opted to claim the introductory bonus by using a promo code. The offer contained a bunch of free bingo tickets, and casino spins on a game of their choice. Deposited funds appeared in her balance seconds later, but without those tickets and spins.
To deposit, a player can use VISA Debit and MasterCard Debit, Pay By Phone, Apple Pay, and Pay Pal. The minimum amount to deposit is £5. The maximum number of registered payment methods is 5.
Gameplay
Easy Peasy Room, Bingo Deal Room, and Mystery Jackpots Room were the bingo rooms our tester explored before she decided to check in on her welcome offer. The message on the screen said “Only 10p bet left to unlock your games vouchers”, so she purchased an additional bingo ticket in the Wonky Bingo room.
As Yay Bingo is home to an excellent selection of slots, she also checked out Fluffy Favorites, Avalon, Bust the Bank, Rabbit in the Hat, Spring Break, WWE Legends: Link & Win, Fluffy in Space, 3 Genie Wishes, Dragon Kingdom, Reel King Megaways, Ted Chilli Heat, and.
Unfortunately, neither complimentary bingo tickets nor casino spins were credited until the end of her gaming session. The tester proceeded to the next step- cashing out.
Withdrawal
A withdrawal for £75.58p via Visa Debit was made on February 7, 2024. 24 hours later the desired amount of money, with no fees applied, landed in her Visa Debit.
The minimum amount to withdraw is £5. Cashout completion time for debit cards is 5 working days, Wire Transfer is finalized between 7-10 business days, while PayPal takes approximately 4-5 business days. Processing time for all the listed methods is 2 working days. Although the operator may impose fees on both types of transactions, our tester wasn’t charged any.
When it comes to ID verification, our tester wasn’t asked to go through the process this time, but in some situations, it may be necessary. Keep in mind that notarized documents may be required as well.
Conclusion
You probably wonder what happened with the welcome offer our tester claimed when depositing. Well, after reading the Terms, she discovered that the offer was valid until December 31, 2020.
Why was Yay Bingo hosting an expired offer? To find out, the tester sent a message via contact form. Other than the generic “thank you for contacting us” sent on behalf of Red Bus Bingo support team, a real response didn’t arrive. On the positive side, the operator did remove the expired offer.
The Terms say that if a player doesn’t log into their account for 5 days, the vouchers and bonus spins shall be forfeited without notice and shall not be refundable.
All in all, no problems emerged during withdrawal, but it’s more than obvious that this Dragonfish-powered platform needs some improvement with the support department, in the form of 24/7 live chat, for example. Also, the operator should make sure the basic rules for bonus terms are up to date.
