  • Hi LBB'ers!

The latest online bingo site to undergo our real money test is Pizazz Bingo. Having been around since 2020, this operator offers loads of games via the Dragonfish platform. How did they perform when it comes to process withdrawals? Find out in our full report 👉 here.

    Test Details

    • LBB Tester: kleebingowinner
    • Sign-up: Existing player
    • Deposit details: Deposited £150 via Visa Debit on Wednesday 2nd March
    • Cashout requested: £75.22p via Visa Debit on Wednesday 2nd March
    • Cashout received: Tuesday 8th March, £75.22p via Visa Debit.

This time, we bring you our tester's genuine experience with Pizazz Bingo. Established in 2020, this Dragonfish-powered brand holds the United Kingdom license. Thanks to multiple strategic partnerships with renowned content developers, it accommodates an extensive selection of bingo and slot games, along with a valuable introductory offer for first-time depositors.

As the efficiency in processing withdrawals is one of the crucial segments of interaction with an online bingo room or a casino, our tester decided to check how things stand in this field and register. She made a deposit using Visa Debit, explored multiple games from the operator’s portfolio, and eventually requested to cash out via the same method.

It took a couple of business days for the money to reflect in her bank account. Did the tester verify her identity? Were some delays with KYC reasons for the slower processing of the request?

    Registration

Being an existing member of Pizazz Bingo, the tester didn’t have to go through the registration procedure for this particular test. To become members of this bingo room, players should go through the 4-step procedure and leave some basic information about themselves.

    Deposit

On March 2, 2022, our tester headed to Pizazz Bingo to make a deposit. She selected Visa Debit and once all the details were submitted, the card was authorized for use.
There were pre-set deposit amounts within the cashier but no option for £150. After manually typing £150 into the ‘other’ box, the tester entered her 3-digit security code off the back of her card and selected the ‘no bonuses’ option. Once confirmed her bingo account was credited with £150.

The minimum deposit on the site is £5. According to the Terms, the total number of registered payment methods per player is restricted to 5.

    Gameplay

Our tester played at Mystery Jackpots room, where 25 players were present at the time she was playing the game.

Other rooms include Quids In, where a large number of players compete to win bingo bonuses in triple chance games, Daily Doozey, Even Stevens, and WOW. The offering also encompasses unique genres such as Bingo Roulette. There are bingo rooms with traditional calls, as well as chat games and quizzes.

In addition to this, there’s a wide choice of online slots from top-tier software providers, including Red Tiger Gaming’s must-drop jackpot network. Some issues appeared while playing Millionaire Genie Megaways, Neon Links, and Atlantis Megaways, but those were fixed after a couple of browser refresh actions.

    Withdrawal

On the very same day, March 2, 2022, the tester decided to make a cashout request. At first, she didn’t spot any option for withdrawal, so she pressed the “deposit” button. It took a few seconds for her to realize there was a hidden menu within the “quick deposit” screen. After pressing to view “more options” she finally encountered what she was looking for – withdrawal button!

She made a request to cash out £75.22p via Visa Debit. The message from the cashier stated that her withdrawal request should be released within 1 business day. Two business days went by with no update.

On March 5, 2022, the status of the withdrawal request had gone from received (step 1) to approved (step 2). Finally, on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, the withdrawal of £75.22p was approved and sent back to Visa Debit, the original funding source.

According to the Terms, the operator reserves the right to charge you fees for handling deposits and withdrawals, but our tester wasn’t charged any. A customer can request up to a maximum of 10 withdrawals in any one day.

The minimum withdrawal limit for all withdrawal methods is £5 or the equivalent in other applicable currencies.

Processing time varies based on the method selected. For example, the total processing time for credit and debit cards ranges from 4 to 7 business days, while PayPal is processed between 4 to 5 working days. Wire transfer requires between 7 to 10 business days to be finalized.

As far as the Terms state, a player may be required to submit some documents to verify the identity and be eligible to withdraw. The documents may include A copy of photographic ID, a copy of the front and back of the credit/debit card(s) used to fund the account, and proof of address. In exceptional circumstances, notarized documents may be demanded as well.

    Conclusion

Although this is in line with the T&Cs, four business days to process a Visa Debit cashout is too slow, having in mind that some competitors can process such requests as early as within 24 hours.

We hope this insightful report brought you some valuable insights into Pizazz Bingo. Stay tuned for more video reports and gamble responsibly!
