In this video report, we bring you details of our tester’s interaction with multi-licensed Slots52 Casino. Powered by Jumpman Gaming and Pragmatic Play, this platform accommodates an excellent selection of games and a fine collection of promotions.
Curious to see if the operator is efficient in processing PayPal transactions, our tester created the account and made a deposit. After exploring a couple of games, she requested a cashout. Before that, she submitted some documents to verify her identity, but for some reason, they were rejected multiple times.

Registration
Slots52 offers players two different registration options. One is a common procedure where a player adds all the details manually. The other is called “quick registration”, where the system itself imports details from the PayPal account.
Our tester opted to complete the form herself. The registration process was finalized quickly, and no issues emerged during this stage.
Deposit
Having joined, the tester went on to fund her account. She selected PayPal as a deposit method, after which she was supposed to enter the desired amount. As predetermined sums didn’t include the amount she intended to deposit, and there was no option to type it in manually, she needed to split it into two transactions- one of £100 and the other of £50.
After each deposit, a pop-up appeared on-screen inviting her to redeem offers. However, the tester wasn’t interested in dealing with wagering requirements, so she didn’t claim them.
Available deposit methods include cards and e-wallets. The minimum amount to deposit is £10, that is £20 if a player wants to claim a bonus via Mega Reel. The only currency available for all deposits and withdrawals is GBP. A customer may add up to 3 payment cards to their account.
Gameplay
As soon as her account was funded, the tester’s next destination was the lobby. Her first choice was Country Road, where she explored Zoom Room, Pumpkin Blast, and Jackpot Room. Following these, she decided to try luck with 9 Pots of Gold Live.
The next in line was Great Gold, after which she explored Floating Dragon Megaways and Cornelius. Later on, she launched Pumpkin Bonanza, and Diamond Strike 100,000.
After this, the tester launched Three Wheel Roulette, but after a couple of rounds, she switched to Halloween Fortune and Time Spinners. She also checked out The Great Reveal, Beat the Bobbies 2, and Champions of the Underworld Gigablox Wild Fight.
KYC and Withdrawal
In order to request a withdrawal, the tester needed to verify her identity. On October 7, 2022, she submitted a utility bill as proof of address, a screenshot of PayPal personal information page, a photo of all cards registered on PayPal along with a screenshot of PayPal displaying bank details or cards, and then made a withdrawal request.
Her request was denied, along with her proof of PayPal ownership and utility bill. A day later, on October 8, she uploaded a new utility bill along with the same PayPal info that was originally rejected and made another withdrawal request.
On October 9, she saw that her request was declined once again, so she supplied the same utility bill and PayPal screenshot for the third time. The tester also made a new cashout request.
A day later, on October 10, the tester noticed that her documents were approved. What’s even more, the tester’s cashout request was processed as well. The tester requested £77.83p, but she received £75.33p in her PayPal account within an hour, as the mandatory fee of £2.50p fee applied to all cashouts was charged as well.
Withdrawal methods are similar to those players can use to fund the account. Once the documents are verified, pending withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. It takes between one and five working days for the money to be processed to a customer’s bank account.
Conclusion
Even though the Terms indicate that identity verification may be requested, a player won’t be able to withdraw the funds if the process isn’t finalized. Therefore, we can freely conclude that ID verification is mandatory. Other than this inconvenience, our tester experienced no other issues.
