    * It takes 22 weeks to erect the Illuminations.

    * It takes 9 weeks to dismantle them.

    * The Illuminations cost £2.4 million to stage.

It is and I've seen it a few times now.  It's a great atmosphere there that's for sure.  Definitely worth a look if you are ever in England between September and November.
