123 BINGO WARNING

I signed up at 123 bingo. Made a $50 deposit via credit card thru the casino software. I was lucky and won $800. My withdrawal was denied. Because the $50 wasn't debited from my Credit Card. I was given a transaction # and the $50 was deposited into my casino account initially. I was contacted by finance who stated. Because the money was not taken out of my card. My winnings would have to be voided. I explained that it wasn't my fault. He stated sometimes it takes the processor several days to collect. Or sometimes your bank will deny the transaction. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I went thru the normal steps of making a credit card deposit thru the software. Got a confirmation # and $50 deposited in my casino account. I AM DONE WITH THIS BS. JUST NOT WORTH IT ANY LONGER....BILOXI HERE I COME!!!

Did you check your bank statement and see if the transaction went through? If it did then you are entitled to the winnings. Sometimes it does take the processor awhile before they put it through to the bank.

If the bank declined you after initially approving it, it's not the bingo sites fault it's your banks fault. It's like any other purchase, if you go buy a TV online, go to the store to pick it up and they tell you the transaction didn't go through, they are not going to let you walk out of the store with the TV.

I understand what you're saying. But I went thru the process. I got the approved status page on the casino...49.83 was debit from your credit card. So I didn't pay it any mind afterward because i got the approved status page. My debit card has work at every single casino i've ever used. Besides this one. It's no big deal. I'm done with them.

I noticed that 123 bingo knights, flash let you deposit on a card 3 times and for example my credit card company didnt take money from my 3 deposits with that group

Neither did my prepaid visa and my green dot visa.....

I had this happen, although my winnings were not void, just the withdraw was declined, i waited a few days and i played a little more and re-submit the withdraw.. but in your case yours were voided, i'm wondering if this is some kind of a trick to put a hold on deposits for days and when the opportunity comes to withdraw it's denied, it could even be held up to and when you lose it allthen they clear the hold.., during it being held if a withdraw is requested it can easily be denied...

Bad experience. I would stay away. I regret playing with them. I lost $50. I tried to withdraw $1,000 and it was declined as they tried to say I didn't send in the documents. I had uploaded all documents so I was confused. I uploaded the documents again and played some more - wagered way more than the requirement. Tried to withdraw just $100 and got declined again stating I did not wager enough. Clearly when checking my history I had wagered far beyond the requirement. My advice: DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT 123 BINGO!
