  • Ok so I basically have all the questions of what's playthrough, max cashout, withdrawal procedures.

Last night I was given the $65 free cash and I've played a lot and I'm up to over $100.  I'm really new to bingo ND and basically clueless.

Can anyone sum it up how withdrawal on a ND bingo123 chip works for me I would really appreciate it.

    Thank you

  • Ok so on our no deposit page it says the $65 is cashable but when I called 123bingo I was told it is only play money and not withdrawable.  Cirus at support said when I want to deposit to have them clear my account out completely before depositing.  Just the fact that the term cashable for a no deposit bonus is being described as not cashable confuses the heck out of me lol.  Can anyone clarify this for me?  I'm up to about $200 and regardless of whatever the playthrough is or was on the $65 I've definately cleared.

    Thanks!

  • Hiya allgood,

    Here is the terms:

There should not be more then 1 account with them and also never claimed any no deposit bonus or sign up bonus from them in the past.

If you win with no deposit bonus then you can only carry forward $50 out of your winnings with your deposit as in order to cash out your winnings you must have to make a minimum deposit of $25.

There is no play through requirement on no deposit bonus, if you win with no deposit bonus then you have to make a minimum deposit of $25 and the moment you make a deposit your all winnings which you won with (no deposit bonus) will get forfeited and out of all your winnings you will get $50 cash plus your deposit bonus, you can only carry forward $50 if you win with no deposit bonus.

It means if you win with no deposit bonus more than $50 then you can convert $50 as real cash by making a deposit.

After that if you win & meet the wagering requirement which is 3 times on bingo games & 15 times on casino games then you can withdraw $100 minimum in a week and $1250 maximum in a week.

  • Thanks Lips!

  • Thank you Lips, that was an excellent explaination...

i start with 0 in my account so everything done is cashable. there is no problems for me... i know you must deposit before you can win and withdraw anything...

BUT it is a little confusing about using cashable no deposit bonus being told it is "play money" and non-cashable, Cirus saying to "clear the account out before depositing" what is meant?

I spoke with someone else at 123bingo and with the combination of what lips said and support here's how it works.

    (My real life example)

So I'm done with the no deposit playthrough (if there was one) and I have 200.00 "cash" (I've never deposited).

I must make a minimum deposit of $25.00 (usa can no longer use netteller).  Once I make the deposit only $50 ($50 is the max you can transfer) of my $200 will be transferred over to my real account balance (the other $150 of my $200 no deposit bonus goes bye bye).

So I will have $75 to make playthrough with which on slots it is 15x (roughly $1100) or on bingo 3x ($275).  I will play slots so after I make playthrough and have at least $100 left (min. cashout is $100) then I will ask to withdraw and then do all the docs for verification.

    Hopefully that all made sense
