The rule is simple: if the balls called are the same color the prize jumps up. Calling a different color puts it back to normal. Here is an example:

There are 5 colors. Each letter represents a color in the word “BINGO” If “B” is called 3xs that’s the color blue. If someone has Bingo on the third “B” called the player will get $45 (3 times more than the regular prize). When the color changes it will go back to orginal prize of $15 until the color repeats itself again.

NO LIMITS FOR THE PRIZE - If more cards are purchased regular prize increases, the rides multiply the increase too! Doesn't matter how many of the same color happen prize will continue to increase (even if it would be 15 times)!

Let me understand this lips. It is by color but also since one color is for each letter in bingo, its by letter too. Depends on how you look at it, color or letter.
