  Hi Lips and Nan,

   

  braai is south african bbq, and according to wikipedia usualy made of boerewors, sosaties, kebabs, marinated chicken, pork and lamb chops, steaks, sausages of different flavors and thickness, and possibly even a rack or two of spareribs .
