Yes, it sounds so when you read their Terms:

But when I went to the registration page, Serbia was not on the list.  I will need to check that again.

Betty! I can't believe what a bad experience I am having at BitBingo! Please tell me you have a contact there! No one else is there playing so all of my bingo cards just get refunded & then the 200% match remains as pending in my account with no way to access or play with it. I fulfilled my end of the bargain and they have failed horribly at theirs. They have a live support window but chat has been offline all day.

I signed up there because I want to bring more activity to the Bingo side of the forum & I hoped this site would be a gateway for me to crossover. No doubt about it, there is nothing that could catch my eye more then the words BITCOIN & BINGO!!! :) I hope I can get this straightened out & continue down the awesome path I imagined for us!
