Bingo Brawls

So fighting in the bingo halls is becoming more and more prevalent lately. Stop by here to read or add bingo shenanigans!

Here's the latest:

An 84 year old man pepper sprayed a 67 year old man over a parking spot at bingo night in Florida. The victim, Michael Burke, is a security guard that was holding spaces for two elderly women. He placed crates in the spaces to reserve them. In comes the 84 year old, Donald Handa,who moves the crates and takes the spot. The two got into an argument resulting in Burke getting sprayed. The police were called to the scene but Burke opted not to press any charges because the guy is 84!

Lmaoooooooo that is hysterical! I am sorry but it really cracks me up. The bingo community has gone raving mad!

I think it's the end of the world as we know it. :D It started with the bingo wars.

What's rule #1 of bingo?  NEVER mess with anyone on a mission to play bingo.  NE.VE.R.  This old dude is hardcore.  I want to adopt him for a day to be my grandpa.  We could listen to Old Blue Eyes, go use our daubers, and then get sloppy on some scotch.  Game on.

This letter was posted in a senior home. Must be some feisty ones going to bingo. Maybe we can all learn something about how to behave from this incredibly well written and formatted letter. Ya think? :)

ooh... why can't people just enjoy the game. Everything has to be turned into a fight or a charade.

So I took my mom to Bingo for Mother's Day and it got a little ugly. We got there a bit early to ensure a seat and after about 15 min. two older women came up to us and said we were in their seats. We at first apologized and said we didn't see anyone or anything so we sat. They claimed that they just arrived but that its their spot every week. We would have moved but by this point it had already filled up and it was the way they went about it that wasn't cool. So my mom being the fireball that she is said "we ain't moving". To make a long story short we stayed in our seats and they ended up leaving. The lady behind us said it was about time someone stood up to them, apparently they do that every week. Go mom!
