I found this in their rules: Citizens from the following locations are prohibited from playing for real wagers at unless they deposit using or Neteller: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Byelorussia, Bosnia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Herzegovina, Hungary, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Zimbabwe, Denmark, Indonesia, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine and Yugoslavia.

So, Italy is not among those countries. I don't think it's an intentional scheme to rob you of your money, just really bad customer support.

It would be nice to think like you, but we players have to deal only with customer support and unfortunately we have no chance to reply. The "nice young lady" was very peremptory. I believe that there was bad faith ... rather i m convinced
