    I registered at Bingo Knights a month ago. I took the $ 25 bonus and I reached $ 327 withdrawable.. I went to chat and answer of the nice young lady :

    "Sorry but we do not accept players Italians.

    And I :, but why you have accepted my registration?

    And she said: We apologize."

    After a month I signed with another account, I went to chat and I asked for the best offer of the day. The nice young lady replied:

    500% if you deposit now.

    And I said: Can I deposit with Neteller from ITALY?

    And she said: Of course, just send the documents ...........

    And I CHEATERS!!

    I found this in their rules: Citizens from the following locations are prohibited from playing for real wagers at unless they deposit using or Neteller: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Byelorussia, Bosnia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Herzegovina, Hungary, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Zimbabwe, Denmark, Indonesia, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine and Yugoslavia.

     

    So, Italy is not among those countries. I don't think it's an intentional scheme to rob you of your money, just really bad customer support.

    It would be nice to think like you, but we players have to deal only with customer support and unfortunately we have no chance to reply. The "nice young lady" was very peremptory. I believe that there was bad faith ... rather i m convinced

    Thank you feelin, but at the moment I'm angry and I lost the whole amount to $ 50 per spin for which the balance is zero (I had been very bad) ..... thanks again ..... :D
