I clicked the bonus offer on the review page, I registered a new account, I made my 1st deposit & I was awarded the 200% match. BUT the bonus shows as pending in my account. I played through the deposit funds & am unable to access the bonus funds because they still say pending. Adding insult to injury is the fact that there are NO OTHER players there to play Bingo. I tried to enter several games & every time, they would just refund my cards & say not enough players. THEN I went over to the Blink section (Blink is similar to a raffle - a winner is drawn once all spots are filled) Unfortunately, the blink raffles that were worth anything only had 1 or 2 spots filled & there must be 30 or more before the winner is chosen. Not my idea of gambling. I like instant gratification. I didn't criticize any of the game options in my support ticket, I just asked why the bonus funds were not added to the account. Hopefully, they will be in touch with me soon. I am definitely not satisfied with my overall experience there. I don't recommend anyone deposit there unless they don't mind waiting to play.

I just lost an all in poker hand over at Juicy Stakes and was really P.O.'d.  Came over here and your post was the first one I read.  Sorry, but your post made me laugh and really brightened my night.  Not that it is funny for you, but it made me chuckle.  Not enough players for a bingo game?  Blink - not enough either.  (You may have to place your bet and come back in 2 days.) Ask for a bonus and it doesn't show up? 

Some of these gambling sites are really lame.  And if you didn't laugh you would cry.

Medtrans, I am glad you got a chuckle! It makes all of this nonsense worth it for me. You are right, some of these sites are such horrible excuses for a casino. I notice you play a lot offline & I envy that. I used to play a WHOLE lot at casinos all over the country but now-a-days I am a hermit with a budget! IT SUCKS! Wish I were still gallivanting around, wow-ing the boys at the card tables & having the time of my life! Sure beats sitting on my ass at home, playing these damn electronic games all alone! -  "BUT the bonus shows as pending in my account." - we've already replied to your email, please visit our "promotions" link to get details on the bonus release or click on the rotating banner on our website that shows the bonus... or come complaining here, maybe someone will actually read our promotion and explain you how it works. We're of course, opened to suggestions on how to make the players read the bonus terms other than having it in plain sight!

- "Adding insult to injury is the fact that there are NO OTHER players there to play Bingo." - really  sorry we're insulting you with a fact that's pretty much out of our control. It's a well known fact inside bitcoin gambling community that multi-player games are not exactly popular among bitcoiners.

I like instant gratification." - pretty much the same issue with the lack of players. We've even added 0% house fee, small bet blinks to attract players, so far very few players were interested. On the other hand, give it 15-20 online players, and blinks with 8-16 tickets could take seconds to complete. So "instant gratification" is  possible, but, again, it depends on the number of available players.

We started the website back in March 2015, during this year of existence we had maybe around 50-70 registrants that were interested  in bingo games (out of about 1300 registered accounts). It seems that most bingo players are not fond of bitcoin! While casino/sportsbook gamblers started adopting it quite significantly.

So, I'm putting here the main advantages of bitcoin over "regular" currencies:

- instant (in our case) or 10-20mins deposits

- fast (we intend to make them instant) cashouts

- no personal details of the players required, just an email address (we're sending our players a generated password which they can choose to change)

- no jurisdiction restrictions

You do not have live support to address these issues and I did come to LCB for help understanding your terms. If they are so easily understood why don't you state the terms clearly now... Which actually just happened at "midnight (GMT+2)", about 45mins before the time of this post. And it's 25% of the funds you lost while playing casino games. Adding this just to make sure no more confusion is generated.

BitBingo, I am really confused about the terms, that is how this started & it is still unresolved. Would you mind explaining to me how advertising a 200% match actually results in a 25% cash-back?

It is 25% cash back for the amount lost on CASINO games during the previous 24h before bonus release. As mentioned, the release takes place at midnight server time (GMT +2). So, if a player keeps playing and loosing, he will continuously receive the bonus, eventually up to the equivalent of 200% of his first deposit.

Arguing whether the "bonus" is the right word to describe our promotion, since the amounts of bonus we release into player's balance are "pro bono", than the term "bonus" is correct.

Just as a side note, there aren't many casino's out there giving out funds to player without imposing high rollover condition, sometimes even bet limits... etc. We don't, a player's balance is his and he/she's not tied up to any wagering condition!

I highlighted CASINO games above, because for multi-player games (bingo and blink), bonus release doesn't actually require a player to loose part of his entire balance, it's enough to buy tickets (bingo or blink). On every ticket bought we charge a small house fee (a percentage of the ticket price) - commonly known as rake - and we release 25% of the total of rakes we accumulated from the respective player during the previous 24h. So a player can actually win at bingo or blink (or both) and he would still receive the bonus amount corresponding to the rake we accumulated from him during the previous 24h.

Well, it's funny how things worked out... I ended up cashing out about $50 (more than double my deposit), I left .03 btc ($16) in the account to play with & eventually lost. The games were hitting very nicely. Still no bingo, but I don't get bingo at any of the bitcoin sites I play at except for Extreme.

I still don't think the sign up bonus should be advertised as 200% match because it simply isn't a match bonus. At least now there is a more clear explanation of what players should expect upon sign up. The sign up offer is a 25% cash back reward with zero wagering requirement, which is very nice. If you continue to lose on the site, the site will continue to issue cash back up to 200% of your initial deposit, however the cashback will be issued in 25% intervals. Armed with this new information, maybe more LCB'ers will try BitBingo out  & maybe we can get some Bingo games going! It will be great! One of us will win!
