  • Hi LBB'ers

We recently did an interview with Greg of Hunky Bingo and Zinger Bingo.

We asked about the portion of the Dragonfish T&C's that states"

The Company reserves the right to close accounts registered from certain countries. This policy was introduced after high volume credit card fraud originated in these countries. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out more than the amount of the deposits made into your account. We apologize to the customers from the countries detailed below for the inconvenience caused

    .

The countries include (but are not limited to): Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belarussia, Bosnia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Herzegovina, Hungary, Indonesia, Kosova, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Macedonia, South Africa, Turkey and the Ukraine.

Greg shed some light on this by stating "This is not a rule, it is a right to reserve policy due to credit card fraud in certain countries".

It seems that this is not something that is enforced if there is no fraud associated with your account. It's not a right they've activated on either brand.

Check out his full reply on the interview and let us know what you think. Does this change your mind about depositing if you're from any of the countries listed?

  • Hi LBB'ers,

Just a quick note....As of tomorrow, June 13th, Dragonfish will change the max cashout on bingo bonuses. This will mean that the maximum cashout limit is going from 'no max' to a max of GBP400 once wagering requirements are met.

Active players should have received an email regarding this change in terms from Dragonfish sites you're registered with.

  • Can you share more information about Dragonfish game schedule?

  • The game schedules vary depending on the site. What information are you looking for?
