Foxy bingo winnings????

When u win on foxy bingo my winnings seen to be goin into my bingo account that i ise ti play & not my actual personal bank acc! How do i claim my winnings?

your account consists of: cash balance; bonus balance and bingo points. So in accepting any bonus on deposit offer from bingo, you agree to wager a minimum amount as stated in the specific terms and conditions that apply to the offer. Wagering must be done on bingo games only. If you wish to cash in your deposit or winnings,  you need to wager minimum 4 times the amount of deposit + the amount of bonus prior to withdrawing the deposit. So I suppose, that all bonuses and winnings derived with bonus money will be in your bonus balance, until you finish wagering requirements and when you are done, rest of deposit and winnings goes to cash balance ( bonus money is not withdrawable ). We have also contacted their customer support to see if they have some other rules that we didn't mention in text above.

Here's what we've got from the support.

"Note that any winnings from the bingo or the instants games are credited to your Real Cash balance in the bingo account. Then if you wish to transfer the winnings from your bingo account to your bank account, you need to request a Withdrawal. The minimum Withdrawal amount is 30 GBP.

The amounts you deposit on the site as well as the amounts of your winnings are added to your Real Cash Balance. The Bonus Cash Balance is comprised of the amounts of deposit bonuses that you receive and any other types of bonuses you receive. When you start playing the games you always start playing with the Real cash first and then if you no longer have real funds available, you can continue to play the bingo using the Bonus Cash. I know it can be a bit confusing cuz your real cash and bonus are played out separately.  Lucky explained it perfectly! Hope it all makes sense.
