That seems to be correct Lootva. I wasnt been able to find a place where you dont need to deposit in order to withdraw winnings. The only difference I found is that some sites will ask for deposit first and than grant access to free bingo while others will allow you to play free bingo as soon as you register but you'll have to deposit to withdraw.
