HELP! Won over $28,000 and they are only letting me withdraw 1k per month!!!!

OMG it finally happened!!! I hit HUGE on slots betting 180 bucks and won over 30k.  I decided to put in for a withdraw and contacted chat and they tell me I can only withdraw a MAX OF 1,000 PER MONTH  >:(  I know most people would be more than happy and I am ecstatic but seriously I will be withdrawing this for the next 3 years!!!  Does anyone know of a way to get a larger withdrawl processed there????  I did read the rules and it states a MAX OF 5,000 can be withdrawed per month, but they contradict that stating 1k per withdraw and you can only withdraw once a month.  PICS RELATED :D:D:D:D:D

Sorry to hear about the probs withdrawing though.  Have you spoken to live chat about this i.e. mentioned their printed rules and questioned the fact that they are saying different figures to what is printed?

I think that is your first step - get some "rules" clarification and ensure you send yourself a copy of the chat.

congratulations and good luck.  from experience, though, maybe monthly payments is a good idea.  others have mentioned not getting more than 4000 sent to your bank at one time also, to stop prying eyes.

$999 per week is better than $1k per month and as Chilly points out, best to keep it low with all the probs there are at the mo with banking issues.
