    FIRST LET ME SAY AM SRY FOR CAPS BUT AM BLIND AS A BAT .. BUT SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ..YEARS AGO I MADE ACCOUNT ON THIS SITE ONLY ONE ACCOUNT THEN I HAD LOST MY ACCOUNT INFOMATION AND COMPUTER WHERE ALL MY INFOMATION WAS STORED ON. ITS BEEN ABOUT 2-3 YEARS SINCE I WAS THERE . I HAD JUST GOTTEN A LAPTOP AGAIN AND WENT TO THE SAME SITE I SPOKE WITH LIVE CHAT SUPPORT EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED THEY HAD DID A SEARCH AND COULD NOT COME UP WITH ANYTHING  SO AT THAT TIME I HAD ASKED WHAT DO I DO. I WAS ADVISED THAT I CAN MAKE ANOTHER ACCOUNT  SO I DID . I KEPT EMAILS FROM THE SITE OFFERING ME $25.00 FREE . I EVEN GOT A PHONE CALL AND TOLD THAT I CAN GO RIGHT NOW AND PLAY AND THERE WOULD BE 25.00 IN MY ACCOUNT . ON 1-30-2015 AT 8:36AM I GOT EMAIL WITH CODE IN IT . I WENT TO THE SITE AND SPOKE TO THE LIVE CHAT OPERATOR AND GAVE THEM THE CODE AND THEY HONORED IT . I WENT TO THE BINGO ROOM TO PLAY AND I HIT THE  JACKPOT . AND IT WAS OVER 2K. I LEFT THE BINGO ROOM AND WENT TO TALK TO LIVE SUPPORT AGAIN AND TOLD THEM . I HAD CALLED THE NUMBER AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND AM NOT GOING TO GET NOTHING THEY WERE MEAN TO ME AND HUNG UP SHUT ,MY ACCOUNT DOWN AND NOW I DONT GET MY WINNINGS. I HAVE SCREEN SHOT OF THE WINNINGS AND I TOOK SCREEN SHOTS OF THE TERMS AND SERVICE .  I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT I HAD MULTI ACCOUNTS WHICH I TRIED TO TELL THEM THAT THEY KNEW ALREADY I HAD OLD ACCOUNT AND THEY R THE ONES WHO TOLD ME TO MAKE A NEW ONE.. WARNING PLEASE DONT PLAY HERE. :(

  • Well, that's too bad, kind of like the $20,000 I have sitting at a different bingo site and will never see.

     

    If you haven't already gone to their site and reviewed the terms and conditions, please do.  In one place they say they will not create more than one account for a player.  In another they tell you all the things they might do if there are duplicates. And then they tell you what to do to resolve things amicably.

     

    Forget the money, but if you want to continue to play there, do what they say to try to work it out. I suspect many sites let the duplicates occur just so they don't have to pay anyone.  All those players paying to play in that jackpot game wasted their money and the site can claim jackpots won without actually paying anyone.

     

    I ended up with two accounts with new bingo billy when I went from PC to laptop.  When I figured it out, I contacted them and they helped me out without making me feel criminal or banning me.

     

    Good luck and it happens. 

  • I've always thought that Instant Bingo is a good site, I've never had any troubles with them. If they really let you open an account knowing you already had one..... then that would be a really bad thing to do. I hope you solve that problem with them soon.

  • I AM SORRY TO HEAR THAT KAREN, IVE DONE THAT AT A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT SITES, BUT NEVER WON SO IT HASNT REALLY MATTERED YET.  BUT I DO ALWAYS TRY TO COVER ON MY END AND GO TELL THEM BEFORE CREATING A NEW ONE, JUST IN CASE I GET THAT LUCKY:) SO THATS GOOD THAT YOU DID THAT. PERHAPS ONE OF THE WONDERFUL LCB REPS COULD ATTEMPT TO AT LEAST BRINGTHE YOUR SITUATION TO ONE OF INSTANT'S REPS' ATTENTION, JUST TO SEE IF THEY WOULD THEN TRY TO EVEN LOOK INTO IT, OR ANYTHING. BECAUSE, I MEAN, SURELY THEY HAVE SOME SHRED OF EVIDENCE THAT YOU PUT FORTH EVERY EFFORT ON YOUR END TO PREVENT YOURSELF FROM ACCIDENTLY HAVING MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS. I UNDERSTAND THEY PROBABLY DONT HAVE EXACT TRANSCRIPTS FROM EVERY LIVE CHAT, BUT IM ALMOST CERTAIN THAT THEY AT LEAST HAVE LIKE, A TIME STAMP WITH NAMES AND DATES, SHOWING THAT THERE WAS CONTACT, YOU KNOW WHAT IM SAYING?

     

      THEN, IF THEY WONT EVEN ATTEMPT TO CHECK, FOR AN LCB REP, I SAY BLACKLIST ALL THE WAY!!! GOOD LUCK AND KEEP PLAYING.

     

      YOU CANT WIN IF YOU DONT PLAY!! :-)
