Landmark bingo are 'takers' it seems

my sister plays at Landmark Bingo all the time and in the last month has deposited a total of £95. She wasn't so lucky on winning but just after she spent her last bit, she got a free £5 bonus code from this site and managed to win the minimum £50 withdrawal in cash. However, since this was won with a bonus code, she was refused the withdrawal due to it being won by a bonus code. It seems like the 'generous' bonus codes they give are only to build up your loyalty points to give you a bigger deposit bonus and nothing can be won by them.

Bit shocking if you ask me that they were so keen to collect nearly £100 in less than a month and then 'seem to be kind' by giving a bonus thats no good for anything. Now she will have to lose the lot so she can deposit again. She emailed them about it but holds no hope and doesnt know what to do with the cash thats in there. I doubt she will be going back.

I know they just keep pointing out the withdrawal rules but aafter depositing that much they seem abit hard faced. People shouldn't be fooled into thinking they are getting a great deal with their twice a week bonus codes.

I don't think this is a reason to stop playing there altogether. The terms were clear and she just missed it. It has happened to us all and I have learned some hard lessons. I know she must be frustrated and I hope her luck turns around.  :)

I see what you are saying and they really are generous with free bonuses, in fact more than most sites. But that is just it, they are more generous with them and though most of them you can not cashout it does benefit players with loyalty points that can be converted to cash.

Bingo sites operate differently from casino sites and in most cases the money won can't be withdrawn. I think part of that reason is bingo sites offer bingo bucks where casino sites don't. Bingo bucks are valuable too and can go towards real cash.
