Missing Saturn Bingo (RTG) Payment

Saturn Bingo are not honoring my $1.000 Neteller withdrawal which was requested over 10 weeks ago. I contacted them multiple times about the issue but received no explanation why this is happening.

My account still has a total balance of almost $4000.

I will keep this thread updated until the situation has been accordingly corrected.

Sorry to hear you're having such a hard time of it Adam.  Have you actually complained to them?  I suggest putting the word COMPLAINT in the subject line of your email if you haven't already tried this.

Thank you for joining the forum. In regards to your complaint we have them on our Warning List:

Warning: LBB advises all members to proceed with caution before making a deposit at Saturn Bingo. Poor business practice including non payments to players/affiliates and violation of contracts have been concluded. Support is non responsive in communicating with core issues from customers. For this reason we highly recommend an alternative bingo site. LBB administration tried to contact them and resolve outstanding issues, with no success. Avoid this site at all cost.

Unfortunately i am afraid you are going to have a real tough time getting paid and strongly suggest to any members who are considering this site DON'T.

The best you can do is keep pressuring them.

Yes, I contacted Saturn Bingo multiple times but have chosen not to do anything about it so far. I will start composing articles about this and publish them on various player and affiliate websites from now.

It is up to them how much they want to tarnish their reputation still.

Unfortunately they already have a bad reputation.  Why don't you contact

Gambling grumbles and let them post the story too.
