  • Hey guys just thought I would put across a bit of a review for the bonus and payout sections of "rogers bingo".

I got an ND bonus to play with and eventually deposited.

The first negative I would say is they dont pay out to cards or any other method apart from 3 E-wallets (MB, Neteller and 1 other I forgot).

The next is that the minimum withdraw is £50 (more on that below).

The payout times are SLOWWWW (again more on that below).

I deposited £40 of my own cash the other week. Lost the entire lot and was given sum bbz bonus a few days later. I had a full house for £37. I wanted to cash it out. However thats when I saw max withdraw was £50 :O. When I tried to request payout it was via MB. I noticed there was nowhere to enter my MB email. From what I guessed it pays to the email you have on account... A bit inconvenient because I used 1 email for signing up to casinos (as they like to sell your details and you get spammed) and 1 I use as my main email which is linked to my MB account.

The £50 minimum payout doesnt make a lot of sense. Full houses range from £10-£35 so you would need 2 or 3 full houses in quick succession to be able to cashout. Not good at all.

The next issue is payout times. I deposited £45 on monday. I only played blackjack and cashed out just over £100.

Today there is still no payment. I spoke to support and guess what? They leave your withdraw pending for up to 7 working days before processing it. That means it can be anywhere up to 2 weeks before they even take a look at your withdraw. Enough to avoid the place based on that alone.

Will never deposit to that bingo place again. I could understand a bit better if they paid to card and took that long to process the withdraw for "anti money laundering purposes" but to MB is not good. By time I get my withdraw, transfer it via MB to my bank, and actually get it in my bank its going to be 3 weeks at this rate, and I will have to pay the MB withdraw fee.

  • i posted about this site in the past, it is a nice website, and yes, it is true about what you said, i said exactly the same you said regarding all your issues u spoke about in this thread...

all i can say is zuga got my withdraw from rogers in 1 day for me, so i am sure zuga will email them and speed it up for you...

i actually liked that site, and now they have thunderstruck, and yes that £50 minimum is very bad, they need to get rid of it, and now they have made a new rule, you cant play slots with bingo winning money, which is really bad, you can only play them with deposited cash, i find this very strange, all other sites after you deposit you can play slots if u win on bingo with bonus money, and now they also changed the bonus you get when you deposit, min deposit is 25 and you get 50% bonus, it was £10 before, why are they making it worse,

i hope they do something before it is too late, and people start not playing there and they become a rogue, i really dont want that site to be 1 :)

gl with getting your withdraw m8

  • Oh yea RE: the new rule.

I actually remember I got a bonus after depositing, played and won a tiny bit, but then played some slots with it, afterall its depositors money, and I won to do what I like with it, as it was only £10 or £20 nowhere near £50 cashout so played slots and lost... the next time I won a few £ off a free bonus I noticed could only play bingo with it. I agree they need to remove that since its not fair.

Me too, the bad things with the site are things that annoy players and will run it into the ground

    ok yeppers...

i just wanted too add a bit to my post, the min deposit is still £10 but there is only a 25% bonus now on that, it doesnt state that on the right menu in deposit bonuses, just the £25 and 50% and higher ones....

it did used to say £10, i wonder why they took the £10 off too, it makes it look bad i think, also, why do they keep issuing free £5 plays there is a lot of them i have had, it also seems odd that this site keeps doing this, other sites very very very rarely do this, i dont get why they do it, just strange, they seem to be a bit like dare i say it, virtual casino with issuing free bonuses, but no wagers on bingo but there cashier software is the same similar to virtual group casinos :(

omg im bad maybe, i actually like this rogers bingo, but it is scarier now,

i also talked to support, i am waiting to hear back from the managment regarding all these recent changes they did, i will post the email in this thread when i get it, (if i get it hehe)

    gl all

  • Hi Marcus,

Zuga has emailed the affiliate today on your behalf. Please bear in mind it is the weekend so he probably won't hear back to Monday the earliest.

As far as the withdrawal is concerned for a 50 min i don't think i have seen too many sites that are less then that. It i pretty common.

I think the main reason for this is to weed out players who may make a deposit only to have it put right back to their accounts and to prevent money laundering.

Lets hope we can get ya on the right track soon and turn that frown upside down again!

  • Well the fact they give out free chips is a nice perk i think. It is so rarely done now and the ones who do give them out are much more successful then those who don't.

Lets hope the rep can clear up some of the new rules they have implemented.

yes i know it is a nice perk to have free chips, but this is a bingo site, and what i said was just a view and question as to why they did give soo many free £5 out, but i dunno....

and yes hopefully they will clear these new rules up, :) and make the site like it used to be, and even make the minimum withdraw £30, like 90% of other bingo sites... :)

  • Thanks for that lips :D

    Maybe its a ploy ;)

£5 free chips galore = someone with a free chip has a good chance of winning actual cash with a full house/line/2 lines.

£50 cashout = Means people who get lucky with the £5 chip have to play on and more than likely will eventually lose it.

Result = Player wins real depositors cash with free chip... They lose it putting it back in trying to meet the £50 min cashout... Thus money goes back into the bingo site with no cost to them... They player might then get tempted after playing the free chip to deposit for real ;)

  • Hi Marcus,

please private message me your user name.

I was also told that the reason why they disallow bonus or wins from bonuses to be played on Casino games is coz they don't have play through rules.

From their terms : Note #1: Bonuses are at no time playable on Casino games or Slots.

    cheers

zuga, i meant, when you win from bonus money on the bingo so say you win the full house for $10 you can only play that £10 now on bingo, not slots, you used to be able too :P

  • Seems like more and more bingo sites are not allowing the slots. I don't really understand why because as far as odds are concerned playing bingo gives far more an edge then slots.

I hear what you say, and I guess they should allow winnings to be played elsewhere in case there was a playthrough, but their rules are clear in this case...

  • Well well well more problems.

I checked account "processed". I checked MB... no money.

I asked support who said it wouldnt be paid to an email unless there was a MB account linked to it....

He said it had been paid to my email... no money though

Idiots in all fairness, surely they should know that casinos spam people thus why would anyone signup with their main email address? There should of been a box to enter my correct MB address upon cashout and not just assume that the email I used is my MB account

EDIT: What I think had happened was years ago I had an email address and I can remotely remember signing up to MB, that email was then used as junk and I signed up for MB again on the new email (Forgot id signed up to it previously until recently).

I used the old email for my bingo account, as it doesnt exist anymore, its a junk email I dont use. Before cashing out and realising only MB was an option I changed my email to my main email linked to my MB account.

They paid to the old email... Cant even retrive password using DOB since when I put in my dob it says incorrect.... great

  • Calling them idiots is not helping your case nor making my job any easier in assisting you with this complaint.

They obviously tried to pay you, but made a mistake by sending it to the wrong MB email.

Private message me your MB details so i can forward it to the proper channels.

    Zuga

  • Appologies, but im majorly frustrated, Its common knowledge that casinos spam and sell email details on, so using my main email would mean it would become full of spam.

I knew there would be something up with it as there was no box to enter MB details.

    ill pm you now

    thanks again
