  • Hi Lips. To start with I must thank you for  taking time to get me some answers, because I've been to live help and sent emails and have not received any response from them at all. Live help tried again yesterday to find out if my request had been looked into and the rep couldn't find nothing at all concerning this.I would never miss treat, disrespect nor be impolite to any1. I treat people the way i like to be treated. CHs' have a hard job in which i could nvr beable to do and i'm concoius of this and  If this Ch would have told me this from the begining I would hv understood and it would hv avoided all the pain, heartache and hassel it caused me. And I am glad to know that they took this situation seriously and professionally and are seeing to the name change.  I commende the manager and the CH for addressing my complain, I hope to hear from them soon and I will thank them. I also will keep you up to date.....Thank you again for being so compationate with me. Also i'd like to add that since this has been addressed you can remove the orginal post, not to cause the site a bad reputation, because they stood up to the situation and took action and in my book that is very honorable. I'm very pleased with the outcome... thanks again...(this took me forver to write because it touched me so deeply i can't stop crying..lol) bye 4now hugss   2u.xx  :-bd

     

    Slip those tears and sorrow in your pocket and you go right ahead and enjoy that "me" time to play bingo and anything else that will let you get away from it all. You deserve it and don't ever forget that! I am happy LBB could help :)

  • Hi e1.  I'm glad 2 say the manager from Bingo on the box wrote to me with an apology and to up date me that the CH will be changing his name, and that it was not intendid to be offensive. And I on my part wrote bk to thank them for addressing this and comending them for doing something about it, because i'm sure that not many sites would have acted and reacted..  This is a very senitive subject with so many people, bulling cause's great pain, but it's such a wonderful thing to see that there are still  good and honorable  people out there..like the one's who work for Bingo on the Box and the LBB'ers\reps and member's.  Thank you all again for all the compation and the support.  You have all touched me deeply.

                Bless you all, stay safe, take care of your luvd one's and each other and last but not least ...WIN BIG.....
