Hi jewelnurse
I am not quite sure on your question, if you would like to clarify I would be happy to answer.
Thanks
VG
Hi jewelnurse, thank you for your reply.
For reference all our networked sites show the " Powered by Vista Gaming " logo prominently at the bottom of the homepage. This should assist players in recognising our networked sites.
I will pass your comments over to our marketing team for consideration for the future

Hi LHofsdal, thanks for your reply to this thread. Please allow me to try and clarify the multiple account rules at CyberBingo, BingoSKY and BingoFest.
In 2011 we networked the three bingo sites and introduced a multiple account rule that specifies that all new players are only allowed to register an account with one of our sites within the network. This was implemented to try to ensure that people were not able to abuse bonuses or gain any unfair advantages over other players.
However, we did not close existing accounts (created prior to networking in 2011) that breached this rule as players were actively playing on these accounts. To resolve the multiple account issue we have continued to close any none active accounts belonging to these players, in turn removing multiple accounts. At this time the network is close to being clear of multiple accounts and we will continue to remove them in this fashion until such time as there are no longer any accounts that would be in violation of the multiple account rule. This would therefore explain the closure of your BingoSKY account and your inability to have it reopened.
I understand your frustration at the thought of players with a supposed unfair advantage and assure you that your comments have been taken onboard as we review the progress on multiple account issues.
Thank you again for highlighting this matter and rest assured that we always listen to player feedback and appreciate your comments.
If any players are unsure whether they already have an active account at CyberBingo, BingoSKY or BingoFest, they can contact our live help team 24/7 for confirmation.

Thank you taking the time to reply.
If I am reading your answer correctly, these players who have multiple accounts will still be able to do so because they fund their accounts regularly. This is still not an even playing field. Until each player is allowed to only have 1 account these players still have an advantage over new players and many loyal players over the years who have been restricted to only 1 account.

Hi LHofsdal,
I am always happy to answer any questions that players may have, player feedback is a valuable tool in helping us continue to provide the very best in online bingo fun.
With regard to your point about multiple accounts. As I said in my previous reply, we appreciate that it is not ideal, but we are continuing to work towards eliminating all multiple accounts.
As our funding bonuses are on every deposit you make, this removes any funding bonus advantage and ensures that all players get the same great rewards whenever they fund their accounts.
As I have said, we are working to resolve this issue.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us.

I have had the same problem LH. I had an original account at cyberbingo, and they closed it years later after I signed up at bingofest, and would not allow me to play at multiple sites. So recently after a few years, I decided to deposit. and as I was playing, I notice several players with accounts at all 3 sites. Not only did they have an unfair advantage to free games, they had that same advantage on large games. And most of all, that really irked me was, they won excessive BB's by having multiple numbers submitted to win them. I opened a ticket and expressed my concern about the unfairness of this practice. This was sometime in June.
you are allowed to have only 1 aqccount across the network. if you try to open an account and it is blocked and you think this is not true you can always contact support team so they can check
That is not true by any means. I have been playing at Cyberbingo for years, and I had opened an account with BingoSky when they first opened way before Vista Gaming bought them out. My account at BingoSky was closed, and I just recently asked to have it re-opened and was told no, that management has a rule about only having 1 account. BUT...There are players that can be in the winners box with the same name playing in the same room at 3 different sites. This does not create a fair playing field. When the max cards allowed is 36 and they are in the room at 3 different sites they have the ability to purchase 3 times more cards then others. A perfect example of this is the 1000 USD free game on Fridays at 11PM. Each site offers 120 free cards. I have seen the same players, same name in the same room 2 and sometimes 3 times. This gives them up to 360 free cards compared to others who only can have 120 free cards. These players are making deposits at all these accounts and getting bonused on top of that. Sometimes that bonus can be up to 500%. I have posted screen shots on LCB of players with multiple accounts and that was some time ago and those same players still have multiple accounts.
They have been saying for over a year now they are implementing a system where players can only have 1 account in the network. It doesn't take well over a year to implement this when it took less then 3 minutes to close one of my accounts.
New players may not be able to open multiple accounts, and that is it. So saying you can only have 1 account in the network is not correct and is misleading.

Hi macco ,
Thank you for your contribution,
As previously mentioned, this is an issue that management are aware of and continue to work on. We are removing inactive accounts and the issue is under review to find the best resolution.
Please note that if players have returned to find that they are no longer able to play on their favorite site due to their primary account being allocated to a different networked site due to this ruling, we will happily allow them to transfer their account to their favoured site within the network. This action can only be taken once and will only allow players to have one active account within the network.
Thanks,
VG
You say you are removing inactive accounts. These players do not have inactive accounts because they are depositing at multiple sites daily/weekly so these accounts do not become inactive.
I will not deposit anymore until this is corrected. It has also been brought to my attention about a player who seemingly won almost 11 thousand dollars (combined total) in the past 8 days on your arcade games. Alot of players are really starting to take a 2nd look at what is happening because this player is a totally new name and with so many of us players playing your arcade games for well over a year, (I myself have to have over a million spins on this game by now) all playing hundreds of thousands of spins and none of us have ever been this lucky like winning 1000 USD on this game 3 times in a day and this player has done this on more than 1 occasion.
I am not saying it can't happen, just seems odd this new name has done it a few times and players, including myself have never seen anything close to this happening.
I will miss Cyberbingo, but won't play there until all players are playing with the same odds.

Hi LHofsdal,
Thank you for your comments as always.
We are currently removing multiple accounts, your comments were taken onboard by management and we are actively sourcing and closing any multiple account on our sites.
As for your comments regarding a player winning on arcade games, these are based on randomly defined factors that we cannot control. Win values are also dictated by coin size / value and it is all down to the luck of the spin. As with all our players, it is great to see them winning.
I wish you the best of luck, maybe you will be our next Big winner.
Good luck!
