So this site is a SCAM.

First say im can cashout. im complet all the WG and PLaytrougt.

Later they recive the documents.

Later They tellme for mistake lost the documents.

Now THey have all documents but say im Dont complete the WG. So this really su*ks.

Sounds like you have to make a deposit in order to withdraw the money you are trying to withdraw.

Is there live chat that you can speak to and ask exactl what you need to do in order to cash out this money?

Increible. Just at one step. Finally after 29days in my birthdays im have the payment from vics bingo aproved. . .  Now im must wait 10 bussines day and cros my finger for the payment. . . .

To much Time for a payment. . . . still im dont recomend this site.
