Dear Bingo friends,

The technical guy will work on this problem and have it rectified soon. There was obviously a misunderstanding in the tech department when the LBB exclusive slot was set up.

Rest assured it will be cleared up soon. I have emailed them this morning and as soon as i hear word when to expect these changes i will let you all know.

Hi Bingo pals,

The contest is now up and running but............

there seems to still be a glitch. Players are not all equally in credits and some have more bbs then others. This is NOT how the contest is to be. It is a FREEroll which means you all start out with the same amount of credits and no one should have to use their bbs.

So please do not play until i get the credit situation straightened out. If anyone has played please let me know so i can tell them to re-enter you in contest.

There is less than 3 days left and it took 4 to get any credits,now we can't play.geesh, why even bother setting up any credits if we don't all have same amount.bbs are not playable in contest game so that should not be a problem.i hope to be able to play i feel am wasting my time here.sorry.thank you

Awww shirl i know how you feel and in so many ways i can't blame you. I have been in constant contact with them since these problems first came up.

One of the reasons for the delay was the weekend. And the tech guy did not get in until today.

I assure you that the contest will be extended, all players will have equal chips and no one will have to use their own bbs to play.

I feel very badly because you members put your trust in me for this contest. I did hear from the affiliate mgr just a bit ago and she promised all will be cleared up as quickly as possible.

It is an unfortunate glitch that their tech guy set up.

And if any of you are ever in my neck of the woods drinks, are on me........and i promise no glitches.

I will be gone at a bbq today for the holiday but will have cell with me. If there is any news i will post it from my cell.

Everything will be worked out and rest assured i am making sure this is done correctly in every aspect.

Hi Lips =)    I haven't been on in couple days with the holiday to see how this slot contest was going and since I entered, thought I would just give you an update on what my screens/info showed:   I have $44.85 showing in my bonus  and you said this earlier in the thread:

"All the players that registered for this tournament will see a special room on their Instant Bingo accounts. There they will play."   I do not show any special room for this tournament.

I am sure you will get it all straightened out and looking forward to playing, thanks for all your help   =)

Also, as Lips said instead of $25 free we spoke to InstantBingo and they gave $50 bonus to those on the list i.e. eligible for LBB contest (deposited $15) and on top of it, all those on the list will be able not only to play with the $50 in this contest but if you wish to keep depositing or have other bonuses (credits) on your account you may use it as well. (only those on the eligible list)

The contest has been reset and everyone is starting fresh with an additional 50 credits added to their account. The initial deposit of $15 was to play on any game and allowed entry into this contest.
