I have spoken to Live Chat regarding your boyfriend's dilemma.  At first the guy said it was a non cashable bonus.  I pointed out that it was and he then came back and said I was right. 

He will be emailing the withdrawals dept and asking them to check to see if your bf has indeed met the playthrough.  If that is the case, the withdrawal will be processed without any need for him to make a deposit.

Tell your bf to keep an eye on his emails as I requested that the site keeps the player up to date with what is going on.

I hope this resolves the matter - please do let us know how he gets on.

That sucks big time.  You should argue with them over that.  You and he are separate people and just because you have an account at a sister site doesn't mean that he does.  "One active account per person"....per person!

Have you tried to talk to live chat at all?  The person I spoke to was very helpful and he/she may be able to do something.
