I don't think this sign up form is working - at least not for me.  I tried yesterday with 3 different emails and it told me all them were already being used.  I know 100000% sure that 1 of them has never been used anywhere except a couple of places, and they weren't gambling sites.

It didn't work yesterday, and it didn't work just now.  I'm in the US, so is that a prob?

got it. thank you.  USA works.  you have to confirm your email addy and the $30 is in your bonus acct.  it won't let me play slots, but bingo works.

I was not directed to the profile when I first registered, so I initially thought all it cared about was my Username and E-Mail address.

I talked to Sarah, who was absolutely outstanding, courteous, and prompt and she informed me to finish my profile via the link and get the link via E-Mail that I needed.

I finished the profile, but got no link.  I went to support and spoke to Sarah, who was again fantastic.  I stated that I was aware they had lesser NDB's, and I'd be fine with taking one of those in lieu of the code.  She credited my account pursuant to the code even though I was fine with taking a lsser bonus.

I'll probably deposit something here regardless of what happens, the site should at least make a few dollars off of me for such fantastic service...unless I happen to win.
