Site will disable your account for unknown reason stating inconsistency on your account after live help guiding you to contact Investigation Dept which does not explain what problem is simply blocks access to sign in, will also disable account with Bingo Hall at same time with no warning or explanation.

I( see a lot of nice comments and nice star ratings but not one of reviews mentions cash out. I,m writing this as to document the Bingo Canada , what I presume is to never payout...

I have tried to cash out many times, not only with Bingo Canada, but also Bingo Online, Instant Bingo, Vic's Bingo, and Bingo for Money. Once I hit $2500, and was told I couldn't cash out with bonus attached which I believed, after playing up words of $50,000.00 in play through my play through balance was the same. About a month ago I tried to cash out $400.00 with no bonus attached and was not able. These are the only sites I have played on that you have to go through a person (acct. manger ) to cash out. I have been told many many times you can't cash out with bonus attached which seems to me is wrong as their T&C states in 15.5. This morning after reading email stating I had to wager $245 to release the 1 penny bonus attached, I decided to play that amount + so I did auto spins to keep track, 100 spins at $1.00 on Glorious Rome, 95 spins at $1.50 on Wild Sevens, and 10 spins on Ducks and Eggs at $.40, Which should have covered the play through. Unfortunately it had no effect I'm told I still need to complete play through to with draw ( in there T&C 15.5 states otherwise) Another different thing that goes on on these sites is funds in one site will move to another with out your control. Yes have $1000.00 on one site switch to another in the same group and there will be the same $1000.00. I believe this against industry rules.
