    I see. Well if you were an existing player you must have deposited within the 10 days prior to claiming the $65 bonus in order to be eligible for cashout as stated in the rules posted with the exclusive.

     

    "Players who have deposited in the previous 10 days will be able to receive the bonus and withdraw."

     

    If you did not do this, that would explain why you are being an alternate deposit bonus.

    Either the rep didn't catch your post saying that you're not a new player or perhaps they are making an exception here. You should not be permitted to cashout if you had not deposited within the 10 days prior to claiming the bonus.
