I got the bonus and made my 1st bet and won $1000.  I was then told I had not deposited and I must wager 3x and each bet is only with 5%?  He said after depositing $25 I could only cash out $100 AFTER wagering.  Or I could put $100 in start over erasing all my wins and he's give me 700% only have to wager that 700 3x and if I win it's mine.  I have screen shots of my winnings and my chat.  Any advise.  I'm so bummed!

That's quite a win but yes, you are only allowed a maximum cashout of $100 as stated in the terms for this bonus.

You're probably best to make the $25 deposit and try your luck to meet wagering but of course it's up to you. The 5% contribution will apply even if you start over with the $100 deposit and you can always take the 500% and 700% 1st and 2nd deposit bonuses later. Good luck to you  :)

I forgot to say one important part.  The $1000 shows as cash not bonus because I made a big bet on $1 bingo I guess? So it will not let me deposit because I have over $1000 in there.  He says he has to wipe out my win for me to deposit.  So $1055 to 0 to make a $25 deposit and have non of my bonus or "cash" to use for playthrough?  Any ideas?  I've never had a problem like this before LET ALONE $1000 win :/

Also, once the member makes a withdrawal from a Free Bonus, the remaining balance from the winnings corresponding to the Free Bonus in question will be voided.

We encourage Lori to make a new deposit now, as that has been made possible, and start over with the new amount plus the deposit bonus, which she can accept or decline. After fulfilling the wagering requirements, she will be able to submit a new withdrawal request.

Ok, so then, the $25 deposit and 3x does not even apply to the $65 bonus cashing out max $100?  It's ok I love the software, but do not feel confident any longer at any of these shared sites VICS BINGO, BINGOHALL, and the one I just moved to thinking it was a different place BINGO FOR MONEY where I just joined and deposited 2x.

If she just joined and has made a deposit, why is she not eligible to withdraw the $100 maximum for this bonus? I'm still not clear on that either.

I went to live help myself and 20 minutes later I see that we definitely have a misunderstanding with this bonus.

The problem is with New Players. Since all players have no choice but to go to Live Help to cashout newbies are being denied the withdrawal if they are new "free players". You're being told that a deposit was required before claiming this $65 free bonus, which doesn't make a lot of sense considering it's a No Deposit Bonus PLUS that was not an agreed upon term for this offer.

I am working to make sure customer service reps have the correct information and stop denying you guys your withdrawals.

I'm trying to get your account straightened out because as long as you've made the playthough you should be able to withdraw up to 100 bucks. Yes, the contribution rate is only 5%, which technically makes wagering 60x.

No, not in bingohall I am not a new player.  I was under the impression it was for new and existing players?  I have not done my playthrough I have not TOUCHED the account since I won the $1000.  I played $12 on 1st bingo and won the $1000.  Then, being told I had to make a $25 deposit and do my playthrough and can cashout $100 only.  He then changed it to deposit $100 I will give you 700% you wager that 3x and you can keep your winnings.  Well, with any deposit you can keep your winnings?  I was not amused.  I have screen shots of the live help and winnings etc if you're interested.  But, I am pretty sure I will just leave them and never look back.  I AM new to BINGOFORMONEY and am being EXTREMELY careful with all I do so that when I do withdraw it should go smoothly... :)
